Ella Nev's Commission Guidelines

The client acknowledges that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital-only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.

My work is for PERSONAL OR PRIVATE USE ONLY, meaning I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless commercial usage is accorded explicitly at the time the order is made.

As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, and selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client.

Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, reuse, or remove the watermark from the finished product.

No one is allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.

Any and all commissions created by the artist CAN NOT be used for NFT/Block-chain related activities, be it for the generation or promotion of such services

Any and all commissions created by the artist CAN NOT be used for AI art/image generation-related activities, be it for the generation or promotion of such services

Credits to me ( @ella_marienev; the artist ) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given any time my art is showcased.

In order to reserve a commission slot, please contact me through any of my social media or my email: [email protected], to notify me that a client is interested in my commission work.

Once I am notified about it and have accepted the offer, I will make a sketch to work out the initial ideas.

In this stage the client is allowed as many revisions as they want in order to get the art that they want in the end.

Once the sketch is approved, the client must go directly to my Ko-Fi commission page here, then select the type of commission

Fill out the necessary details of the commission, then proceed to pay the full amount

Once the client has paid and I acknowledge it, I will begin to work on the commission within 2 days or one week (may increase depending on the amount of work)

When I am done with it, I will notify the client to see if there’s any revisions needed to be done (only a limit of 3 revisions will be allowed).

Finally, I will send the client the finished commission through their email and it will include: png files with and without watermark as well as, jpeg files with and without watermark (for online posting)
